CUBAN SANDWICHES



Hamburger buns
Yellow mustard
Sliced ham
Sliced deli roast pork
Sandwhich style pickles
Swiss or muenster cheese

1. Spread mustard on all sides of buns. Layer ham, pork, pickles and cheese on bottoms of buns. Cover with top halves of buns. With bottom of a heavy skillet, press sandwiches firmly down on work surface to compress bread and fillding.

2. Preheat grill press pan or electric grill for 5 minutes. Place sandwiches on pan and close cover. Cook 6 minutes, turning halfway during cooking. Cut in half and serve hot.

Tip: If you don't have an electric grill pan, use a nonstick skillet to cook sandwiches. Place a heavey skillet on top of sandwiches to press down during cooking.
