HALLOWEEN BISCUIT PIZZA
1 can (8 biscuits) refrigerated jumbo biscuits
3 tablespoons prepared pizza sauce
Assorted pizza toppings such as cooked crumbled Italian sausage, pepperoni slices, sliced mushrooms and/or black olives
1/2 cup shredded pizza cheese blend or mozzarella cheese
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon water
Assorted food colorings
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Press 4 biscuits into 4-inch rounds on ungreased baking sheet. Spread center of each biscuit with about 2 teaspoons pizza sauce. Place 4 to 5pepperoni slices on each biscuit; top with 2 tablespoons cheese. Press remaining 4 biscuits into 4-inch rounds and place over cheese; press edges together to seal.
2. Press design into top of each biscuit with Halloween cookie cutter, being careful not to cut all the way through top biscuit.
3. Combine egg yolk and water in small bowl. Divide yolk mixture among several small bowls; tint each with desired food colorings. Decorate Halloween imprints with egg yolk paints, using clean craft paintbrush. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown at edges.
