Multiple colored peppers
1 lb pasta
Half stick butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1. Boil pasta according to directions, when done drain. Add butter to pan on low heat, when butter is melted add garlic, then stir in cooked pasta. Season with salt to taste, mix up and top with Parmesan cheese.
2. Cut the tops off peppers (cuter if you use a v shaped cutter). Use a scoop, melon baller or knife to scrape out the insides of pepper.
3. Cut eyes, nose and mouth out of cheese slices and arrange on peppers. Serve peppers with pasta inside.
* We used elbow macaroni because it looks like brains
