BISCUITS AND GRAVY
1 lb sausage (Bob Evans original)
4 tablespoons butter
can homestyle biscuits
2/3 cup flour
3 - 3 1/2 cups milk
salt and pepper
Bake biscuits as directed on package.
Cook sausage in a skillet over medium high heat until no longer pink then add butter. Once butter is melted add 2/3 cup flour.
Stir sausage until completely covered in flour, then add milk gradually one cup at a time, letting mixture thicken between cups.
Add salt and pepper and let simmer for about 15 - 18 minutes.
Take biscuits out of oven and split with a fork and serve with the gravy on top.
