This version has sausage, mushrooms and onion in it. It was sooo good! Just cooked up some sausage, mushrooms and onions on the stove top and mixed it in before baking.
1 lb penne pasta
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 jar alfredo sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Optional: mushrooms, ground beef, shredded cooked chicken, peas, carrots, broccoli, spinach…etc.
1. Preheat oven to 350. Boil pasta as directed, drain and sprinkle with olive oil. Place in a large bowl.
2. Mix spaghetti sauce, alfredo sauce and mozzarella in the bowl.
3. Spray 13 x 9 pan with nonstick and spread pasta out into the pan and sprinkle with shredded parmesan cheese.
4. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
