washcloth
baby sock
card stock
cupcake paper
Fold washcloth into thirds and then tightly roll with center slightly higher.
Fold diaper in half and roll around washcloth, secure with a rubberband.
Insert diaper into a baby sock and stick bottom of sock into center of diaper to make a flat surface.
Wrap cardstock around sock and secure with tape and place in a cupcake wrapper.
* the picture is showing a mini diaper cupcake made different due to lack of supplies but directions are correct =)
