SMOTHERED BACON WRAPPED CHICKEN



3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cans cream of chicken soup
6 slices bacon
8 oz sour cream

Wrap two slices of bacon around each chicken breast and place in a greased 9 X 13 pan.  Mix the soup and sour cream and spoon over chicken. Bake at 400 degrees for about 50 minutes to an hour.  Check for doneness.
We like to serve over jasmine rice.

This recipe is easily doubled...
