FLAVORED BUTTERS




CILANTRO LIME BUTTER
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 lime
1 teaspoon finely snipped fresh cliantro
1/4 teaspoon salt

Place butter in a small bowl. Zest lime; finely chop zest to measure 1 teaspoon. Juice lime to measure 1 teaspoon juice. Finely snip cilantro. Add zest, juice, cilantro and salt to softened butter. Mix well, refridgerate 30 minutes.


CAJUN BUTTER
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon cajun herb seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt

DILL LEMON BUTTER
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon dill mix
1/2 teaspoon finely chopped lemon zest
1/4 teaspoon salt

LEMON PEPPER PARSLEY BUTTER
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
1 teaspoon finely snipped parsley
1/4 teaspoon salt

SOUTHWESTERN BUTTER
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon southwestern seasoning or taco seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt

TOMATO BASIL BUTTER
1/4 cup butter
1 tablespoon finely chopped sundried tomatoes packed in oil
1 teaspoon finely snipped fresh basil leaves
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

WHIPPED HONEY BUTTER
1 cup butter softened at room temperature (Do Not Melt)
1/2 cup honey
1 tsp cinnamon
