OMELET CUPS



4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
Cheddar cheese
sliced ham
salt & pepper
*additional toppings you desire

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Whisk eggs, milk and salt & pepper
3. Pour into greased muffin pan (makes about 6)
4. Add ham and cheese and other toppings (onion, broccoli, peppers)
5. Bake for 25 minutes
