WHAT YOU NEED:
Construction paper (pink & red)
Valentine pencil
A treat for the center (candy, toy) I used a crayon heart
tape and glue
DIRECTIONS:
1. Fold construction paper in half and draw a few half hearts down the center seam. Cut out hearts. Tape pencil to the back of the heart in a diagnal position.
2. Cut arrow tip out of construction paper for tip of pencil. You can use the heart method by folding the paper in half and drawing a triangle along the seam.
3. Have your child write a message on the heart and glue the treat in the center. Your child can address the valentine's on the back of the heart.
