SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE WITH PRALINE PECAN TOPPING



5 Sweet potatoes
1 stick butter, softened
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk

Trim ends and peel sweet potatoes. Boil for 45 minutes or until soft. Beat with ingredients above and spread into 9x13 dish.

TOPPING
1 cup brown sugar
5 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup flour
2 cups chopped pecans

Mix ingredients and spread over top of sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
