1 – 1 1/2 lb Chicken tenders
1 Packet dry ranch dressing mix, divided
1 Egg white
1/2 Bag sunchips
1/2 tsp paprika
Vegetable oil spray

1. Preheat oven to 400 F.

2. Cut chicken tenders into 1 1/2″ pieces. Whisk together 1 tbsp of dressing mix with egg white. Crush sunchips and mix together with the rest of dressing packet and paprika.

3. Add chicken to egg mixture and coat well. Toss chicken in chip mixture and coat well. Arrange chicken in a single layer on a cookie sheet.

4. Spray chicken generously with oil. Bake 15 minutes or until chicken is golden brown and no longer pink in the middle.

*These are so quick and seriously the best chicken nuggets ever!
My friend Laura tried these using different flavored sunchips and she said they were just as good!
