1/2 lime cut into 4 wedges

1/8 cup of sugar – may need a little more/less depending on the size of your glass

7-10 mint leaves

1. Muttle above ingredients in the glass you’re using – grind to a thick paste

2. Fill glass with ice and 1-2 shots of rum

3. Top it off with seltzer water or club soda

4. Stir vigorously
