2 slabs of pork baby back ribs
1 1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
4 garlic cloves, pressed
3 cups tomato juice

Cut slabs in halves or thirds and place into a large baking pan. Press garlic and lemon pepper into meaty sides of ribs. Pour tomato juice around the ribs. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours at 400 degrees.

1 1/2 cups ketchup
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 tsp chili powder
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce

Whisk all ingredients together and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 10 minutes.

Place ribs meaty side up on medium heated grill, cover with sauce and grill for 5 minutes. Turn ribs over, cover with sauce and grill for an additional 5 minutes. Serve ribs with leftover sauce.
