CREAMY BOWTIE PASTA
1 lb chicken tenders or breasts
8 oz cream cheese
Bag of frozen broccoli florets
Red onion, sliced
Box of bow tie pasta
1. Heat olive oil or vegetable oil in a skillet. Cut the chicken into chunks and cook it over medium high heat, when almost done add onions.
2. Boil bowtie pasta as directed and steam broccoli in the microwave as directed on package.
3. When pasta is done drain then add chicken, onions, broccoli and cream cheese to the pot and stir around until cream cheese is completely melted. May need to add salt.
