Brownie mix plus ingredients to make them
2 pkgs (8 oz. each) Cream Cheese, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tub (8 oz) cool whip

1. Bake brownies in mini muffin pan at 350 for about 12 minutes.

2. Prepare cream cheese icing by mixing cream cheese & powdered sugar together until smooth. Fold in cool whip.

3. As soon as the brownies come out of the oven push down the center of each brownie with a pastry shaper.

4. Make sure brownies are cool before you put icing in the center or it will melt.
