APPLESAUCE



6 - 8 apples
1 cup apple juice
1 tbsp lemon juice

1. core, peel and slice (thinly or dice) apples, put in a pot with apple and lemon juice.

2. Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer for 10 minutes.

3. Pulse apples in a food processer for desired consitancy or mash with a potato masher.

4. Let sit until room temperature then refridgerate.
