¼ cup seeds (alfalfa, lentils, broccoli, mung beans, chick peas, quinoa, peas, clover, radish)
water
wide mouth mason jar
sprouting lid (affiliate link)
place seeds in jar and fill with water, soak for 24 hours
rinse and drain 2-3 times a day until sprouts are 1 inch long
give a final final rinse and spread out on paper towel to dry
line a mason jar with a paper towel, store sprouts with lid on in fridge for up to 3 days
🍃enjoy sprouts in a salad or sandwich, on avocado toast
🍃sauté them and add to stir fry, soup or noodle dishes
🍃plant some sprouts in your garden!
