CHIA PUDDING

 

chia pudding is completely customizable.  follow the ratio of seeds to milk and the rest is up to you!

¼ cup chia seeds
1 cup milk (almond, coconut, oat, soy, full fat canned coconut)
1-2 teaspoons sweetener (agave nectar, maple syrup, honey) optional
½-1 teaspoon extract (vanilla, almond, walnuts) optional
toppings: nuts (pecans, almonds), granola, fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, bananas), coconut flakes

in a mason jar mix together chia seeds, milk, sweetener and extract, let sit for 5 minutes
place lid on jar and shake vigorously, place in fridge overnight
add toppings just before serving
