1 pound elbow macaroni
1/4 cup shredded carrot
1/4 cup shredded onion
2 ½ cups mayonnaise
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
salt & pepper to taste
boil macaroni according to package directions and rinse with cold water until cool
mix together mayo, milk, vinegar and sugar until well combined
mix together macaroni with dressing, carrots and onion
salt & pepper salad to taste
✨if dressing separates after chilling, add a splash of milk to make it creamy again
