sweet potatoes
block cheese (butterkase, havarti, mozzarella stick)
olive oil
sea salt
preheat oven to 400º
rub sweet potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt
roast for 1 hour
while still hot, cut in half and gently push half of cheese stick into center of each half of potato
allow cheese to melt and sweet potato to cool for a couple minutes before eating
In my ninja crispi it took 50 minutes on the bake setting for a small to average size sweet potato to get done. I did not use oil or salt. Next time I will try it on the air fryer setting (slightly higher temp) and see how long that takes. (as an amazon associate I earn from qualifying purchases)
