I saw a video on tiktok showing how to make the stoli doli. This drink is served at The Capital Grille and goes by The Doli. I had to try it out! First I purchased this 16 cup drink dispenser from Hobby Lobby for $16 (it also came with 4 super cute drinking glasses!) Hurry, it's on sale!
2 fresh ripe pineapples (more yellow, bottom smells sweet)
1.75 liter vodka
cut off top and skin of pineapple
slice into thick slices and then quarter
arrange pineapple in dispenser and pour vodka over fruit
allow to sit for 10 days to 2 weeks
shake pineapple vodka with ice and serve in a martini glass
