FOOTBALL CHEESEBALL

 

16oz cream cheese, room temp
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
1lb pack bacon, fried and crumbled
2 green onions, diced
1 slice white cheese
dippers: pretzels, crackers, veggies

In an electric mixer beat cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bagel seasoning, half the bacon crumbles and the whites from green onions until fully combined.
Wrap in plastic wrap and shape into a football, chill in fridge for a few hours.
Just before serving, unwrap and place on platter.  Cover top with other half of bacon crumbles and green parts of green onions.
Cut strips with slice of white cheese and arrange over top.
Serve with pretzels, crackers or veggies.
