This was a play on Arby's beef and cheddar sandwich, however what I used is hardly cheddar... you absolutely could replace the cheez whiz with sliced cheddar or a homemade cheddar cheese sauce. *I wanted to put the horsey sauce on here before baking but was nervous it would melt and run, next time I may try it. I think the red sauce would bake fine on these but I don't like it so I didn't use it, you could!
12 pack Hawaiian rolls
24 slices roast beef
cheez whiz
1 stick butter, melted
everything bagel seasoning
arby's horsey sauce and/or arby's red sauce
preheat oven to 350º
cut rolls in half lengthwise and place in a 9x11 baking dish
fold 12 slices of roast beef into quarters and place on bottom of rolls
add about a tablespoon of cheez whiz on top of each slice of roast beef
add another slice of roast beef over cheez whiz, folded the same as before
place top of rolls on
poor butter evenly over rolls and sprinkle generously with everything bagel seasoning
cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes
uncover and bake for another 10 minutes
serve with horsey sauce and/or red sauce
