Maui

We had a snorkeling excursion for this port but it was canceled due to weather.  We didn't have a plan B in place so we walked around TJ Maxx and then tried Jack in the Box for the first time while we researched things to do in Maui.

We decided to walk to Foodland Super Market to get some poke and spam musubi.  This store was incredible and full of different foods, I wanted to buy so much!  The poke was amazing, better than most restaurants!   I really enjoyed my spam musubi too!

After our delicious lunch we decided to take an uber to the Maui Ocean Center and on the way our driver pointed out The King Kamehameha Golf Club Clubhouse which was going to be the home of Marilyn Monroe, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright.

As soon as we walked into the aquarium we tried Ululani's Hawaiian Shave Ice, it was so good!

The Maui Ocean Center was incredible, one of the best aquariums we've ever been to!  Our uber driver told us to go to the marina next to the aquarium to look for whales and we saw one!!!  January through March humpback whales migrate to Hawaii from Alaska to mate, give birth and nurse their calves.  The largest concentration of whales is at Maui Nui Beach.  While at the marina we stopped in some nearby shops and ate at Havens Harborside Fish & Chophouse.  We split the fish and chips and my margarita was really good!
