cookie butter
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 shots espresso
ice
choice of milk
put 1 tablespoon cookie butter and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar in the bottom of your glass
smear extra cookie butter around the inside of the glass with the back of a spoon
brew espresso in glass and stir to combine and melt sugar
fill glass with ice and top with milk
