SHAKEN ESPRESSO

 


1 or 2 tablespoons sweetener (sugar, brown sugar, syrup, sweetened cond milk)
2 oz espresso 
ice
milk (2%, whole, skim, oat, almond, heavy cream, creamer, etc)

Put sweetener in a 16 oz mason jar and brew espresso over it.  I brew a Nespresso espresso pod twice.
Place lid on mason jar and shake.
Fill mason jar with ice and shake again.
Add milk and enjoy!
