3 tablespoons butter, softened
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup powdered sugar
72 mini pretzel twists
3/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
festive sprinkles or sea salt
With an electric mixer, beat together peanut butter, butter, sugar and salt. Slowly mix in powdered sugar until a soft dough forms.
Using a 1 tablespoon scoop, scoop out peanut butter and divide in half, roll each half into a ball and smush between two pretzels.
Place cookies on parchment paper and freeze for 30 minutes.
Microwave chocolate chips in 30 second intervals until fully melted.
Dip cookies half way in chocolate and sprinkle with sprinkles or sea salt.
Freeze again for another 15 minutes.
