TACO MEAT

 

1 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
2 tablespoons water
1 cup shredded cheddar

Cook ground beef and drain.  Mix in seasoning, water and cheese.  Double or triple recipe and store in the fridge or freeze.  Can be used for tacos or many other recipes.  Sometimes I even eat it as is for a quick and easy lunch!
