1 package cocktail weenies (lil smokies)
pancake mix or cornbread mix, plus ingredients to prepare batter
Spray mold with cooking spray.
Prepare batter and fill molds halfway.
Gently press lil smokie into batter.
Bake at 400ยบ for 25 minutes.
Allow to cool completely before removing from molds or they will fall apart.
Serve with ketchup and mustard.
*This mold can be a pain. I've found that spraying liberally with cooking spray, baking long enough and allowing to cool completely is key. Even after doing all of this some of them still fall apart.
