SHARK BARK

 

windowpane pretzels
24oz white chocolate chips
light blue melting chocolate wafers
dark blue melting chocolate wafers
gummy sharks
red sanding sugar

Use a half sheet pan (18"x13") lined with parchment paper.  Arrange pretzels so they are all flat and covering the bottom of the pan.
Carefully pour white chocolate chips evenly over pretzels.  Place both colors of melting chocolate wafers around.  (view last photo below)
Place sheet in oven at 225º for 4 minutes.
Use a butter knife or spreader to carefully spread white chocolate until smooth over pretzels and swirl over blue wafers to resemble water.
Press gummy sharks into chocolate and sprinkle with sanding sugar.
Cover with saran and refrigerate overnight.
Break up bark with hands just before serving.
