12oz box rice Chex cereal
12oz bag white morsels
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 larger box lime jello
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
zest of 1 lime
Combine jello and powdered sugar in a bowl.
Melt white morsels in 30 second intervals until melted. Stir in vegetable oil until smooth. Pour over cereal and gently toss to coat.
Put cereal in a gallon ziplock bag and sprinkle jello and sugar mixture all over, seal bag and shake to coat. Dump cereal out onto parchment paper and continue bag step in batches until all cereal is coated with jello and sugar.
Spread cereal out evenly in pan and zest a lime all over.
