JALAPENO POPPERS

 


12  jalapeños
8oz cream cheese
8oz sharp shredded cheddar cheese
3 green onions, sliced
1 teaspoon garlic salt
12 strips bacon
sweet baby rays BBQ sauce

Cut top off and core jalapeños, removing seeds and veins.  Combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar, green onions and garlic salt.  Stuff jalapeños with cream cheese mixture.  Wrap each jalapeño in a strip bacon, ensure to cover the open top.  Grill over indirect heat until bacon is crisp. Just before removing from grill, baste with BBQ sauce.
