2 cans pillsbury refrigerated pizza dough
8 slices cheddar cheese, cut in quarters
8 slices your choice cheese, cut into quarters
30 smoked cocktail weenies
1/3 cup baking soda
1 egg, beaten
sea salt
garlic powder
dipping sauce (honey mustard, nacho cheese, sweet baby rays secret sauce)
Bring a large stock pot of water to a boil
Unroll pizza dough and stack two slices of cheese and a weenie on dough spaced evenly apart - 5 rows of 3. Use a knife or pizza cutter to cut dough in-between weenies.
Wrap up the weenies in a tight bundle pinching all seems together so there are no holes.
Stir baking soda into boiling water and boil about 5-10 dough balls at a time for 45 seconds. Lay on a plate lined with paper towels to drain and then lay onto baking sheet.
Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with garlic powder and sea salt. Bake at 450ยบ for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with desired sauce.
