CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE BREAKFAST OATS

 

1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup greek yogurt
2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
1/4 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch salt
1/4 cup chocolate chips

Stir everything together until well combined.  I divided the batter in half and baked in ramekins at 350º for 25 minutes.
