12 oreo cookies
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 cup chocolate chips
insert 12 cupcake liners into a muffin pan and add an oreo to each one.
beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy. add in the sugar, extract and eggs. fold in chocolate chips. scoop about 1/4 cup batter into cups.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350º
get creative!
✨swap out oreo's with a ginger snap, nilla wafer, pretzel, etc...
✨swap out chocolate chips with other toppings like chopped oreos, chopped candy bars, m&m's, etc...
✨use a different extract flavor
