1 avocado per person (haas or FL)
1 lb ground beef (filled 4 FL avocado halves, would fill more haas)
2 tablespoons water
packet taco seasoning
2-4 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Colby jack, Mexican blend)
Toppings: onion, tomato, sour cream, cheese, salsa, tortilla chips, etc.
Cook ground beef in a skillet and drain. Add water, taco seasoning and 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese to beef, combine well.
Slice avocados in half and remove pits (plant them!). Fill avocados with ground beef and toppings of your choice.
