1 box strawberry cake mix, plus ingredients to make
2 8oz bricks cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups heavy cream
fresh strawberries, sliced for decoration
Bake cake as directed on box and allow to cool.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy and mixed well - no lumps! Add in vanilla and heavy cream and beat until stiff peaks form.
Frost cake and decorate with strawberries.
