cream of coconut or *coconut simple syrup
crushed ice
milk (whole, 2%, cashew, almond, coconut, etc)
cold brew
Drizzle cream of coconut around the inside of the glass a couple times.
Fill glass half way with crushed ice.
Fill glass 3/4 full with your choice of milk (cashew milk is my fav)
Top glass with cold brew until full.
In place of cream of coconut you may add 3/4 tablespoons of *coconut simple syrup:
1 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup sweetened coconut flakes
Combine all 3 ingredients in a small sauce pan and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes. You can leave the coconut flakes in it or strain them out. Store syrup in the fridge.
