When we lived in Virginia we loved the wings at The Dirty Buffalo. They had this sweet curry sauce that was amazing. I tried to duplicate it and I think I came pretty close! Next time I think I might add 2 teaspoons of curry to give it a tad more flavor.
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup yellow mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon powdered curry
Mix all ingredients together in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and allow to thicken.
Use as a dipping sauce or toss freshly fried or baked wings in it.
