GRECIAN PIZZA

*pizza dough
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream (can sub plain yogurt)
1 envelope knorr dry vegetable soup and dip mix
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts in water, drained and chopped
1 can (8 ounces) sliced water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 package (5 ounces) crumbled feta cheese
1 tablespoon minced garlic
parmesan cheese, grated
kalamata olives
olive oil
garlic salt

Bake pizza dough for 10-12 minutes at 475º
Combine mayo, sour cream, veg soup mix, spinach, artichokes, water chestnuts, feta and garlic in a bowl.
Divide the mixture in the bowl in half and spread evenly on the pizzas.  Sprinkle parm cheese and olives on top.
Brush crust with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt.
Bake for 10 more minutest at 475º.
