3 eggs
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1 stick butter, melted
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon lemon juice
pinch of salt
Combine all ingredients together and pour into pie crust. Bake for 45 minutes at 350ยบ.
Refrigerate for several hours or overnight before serving.
