2 dozen cupcakes

cream cheese frosting

2 bricks cream cheese

2 cups powdered sugar

8oz tub cool whip

Dyed frosting and used a decorator tip to pipe flowers and frosting over cupcakes.  Used white edible sprinkles for decoration.
