SOFRITO

1 large green pepper
2 sweet peppers (cuban if possible)
2 medium onions
3 tablespoons garlic 
1 jalapeño
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon cumin
1 cup cilantro
1/2 cup olive oil
Place all ingredients in food processor and process to a thick green paste.  Reserve what you need for recipe and freeze the rest in ice cube trays.
