PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE

 

1.5oz cake or whipped vodka 

3oz pineapple juice

splash of grenadine

cherry

Mix vodka, juice and ice in a shaker and pour in glass.

drop some grenadine into drink and it'll settle at the bottom.

Add a cherry if desired.
