1 cup jasmine rice
2 cups water
2 cinnamon sticks
1 teaspoon whole cloves
1 can evaporated milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup milk
ground cinnamon & clove
in a sauce pan combine water, rice, cinnamon sticks and cloves. bring to a boil and then simmer for 20, minutes covered.
add the 3 milks and simmer for another 20 minutes, stirring frequently, careful not to scorch the bottom.
add ground cinnamon & clove to taste to entire batch or individual servings.
