2/3 Chicken breasts - cooked and chopped or left over chicken
1/2 apple - chopped
1/2 cup grapes - halved
1/2 cup walnuts chopped
Single serving size greek yogurt
Honey to taste
Iceburg lettuce
Mix all ingredients except lettuce. Spoon on lettuce leaf, roll up and eat!
