This recipe is so simple and delicious! We love it as is and served with a salad and garlic bread, other nights we add cooked sausage, mushrooms and onions to it.
1 lb penne pasta
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 jar alfredo sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Italian seasoning
Optional: mushrooms, ground beef, shredded cooked chicken, peas, carrots, broccoli, spinach…etc.
Boil pasta as directed, drain and put back in pot you boiled it in. Add spaghetti sauce, alfredo sauce and all but 1/2 cup mozzarella to the pot and mix well.
Spray 13 x 9 pan with nonstick and spread pasta out into the pan and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella, shredded parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Bake for 20 minutes at 350º.
