CUSTARD BRUNCH TOAST

 

3-4oz cup yogurt (your flavor preference)
1 egg
3 slices of bread
toppings: fruit, chocolate chips, nuts, etc...
powdered sugar

Cover a baking sheet with foil and lay bread slices out.  Mash a well down in the center of the bread with either your fingers or the back of a spoon.

Whisk yogurt and egg together well and pour into wells.  Sprinkle toppings over yogurt and bake at 375º for 10-12 minutes.  Sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy!

In this photo I used an 8oz container of lemon yogurt with 2 eggs and topped with blueberries.  So good!!!  Next I plan on using vanilla yogurt with chocolate chips for a play on cannoli!
