SOURDOUGH DISCARD CRACKERS

3/4 cup sourdough discard
2 tablespoons melted butter or olive oil
1/4 teaspoon sea salt, plus more for top
2 teaspoons dried herbs

Mix all ingredients together and spread onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.  Spread very thin, taking care to make sure it's even.
Sprinkle the top with salt.
Bake for 10 minutes at 325ยบ, take out of oven and slice the crackers into the size you'd like with a pizza cutter.
Return to oven for another 30 to 40 minutes.

*these crackers were made with olive oil and everything bagel seasoning.
*often times the center ends up thicker than the outer edges, in this case the outer edges may need to be removed sooner than the center or else they will burn.
